A fresh look of Ubuntu!

Ubuntu has announced this week: it’s the end of the default look. The company will release a new design for their operating system. According to the official site, the new look is based on the theme "Light", which brings news including the logo.

 

Then check out what has changed in the operating system.

 

The logos.

The new look of the operating system was developed in order to reflect the precision and reliability - the values of the product. At the same time, all the logos the official site has also been redesigned.

 

The new layout.

The new theme has a clean appearance and windows with corners rounded much like the previous model. In addition to new colors interface, the positioning of the buttons on the left corner making the look similar of Windows, KDE and Gnome systems. The buttons to minimize, maximize and close the windows are to the left of the top of the page as on Mac OS.

 

The new look will appear in the final version of Ubuntu 10.04LTS. You can check this out in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Brand.
